Special Advisor to Chief Minister (SACM) on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan said Saturday that why was the opposition afraid of government’s policies to serve the public and national development and is fighting for personal interests.
Firdous Ashiq stated in her tweets that Bilawal Bhutto better worry about Qaim Ali Shah and now Murad Ali Shah whom he imposed on the people of Sindh rather than criticizing the Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, who is serving people.
Firdous Ashiq Awan further said that many projects had been completed successfully while work on many other projects was in progress under the leadership of CM Usman Bazdar.
She said that the completion of the projects will significantly improve the lives of the people across the province, especially in the backward areas.
Pakistan People’s Party, which has been ruling the people of Sindh for decades, should focus on serving the people instead of personal attacks.
Meanwhile, SACM Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the budget will bring a surprise for the opposition, adding that it will not only give relief to the people in every sector but fulfil the aspirations of the people.
Talking to the media in Gulberg, Dr Firdous said the government will pass the budget with an overwhelming majority and even the opposition will be compelled to appreciate the government. It is unwise to criticize the budget which has not been presented yet.
“The new concessions and facilities that are being given in the budget will surprise the opposition.
Shehbaz Sharif and his cronies have started criticising the budget just for the sake of criticism.
The PTI will continue working for the betterment of the country.”
The SACM said the Ravi River City will not only create jobs for the people but will also be environment friendly. Our government is building hospitals in Lahore.
She said the opposition used Lahore only for politics and earlier people used to complain a lot about the environmental issues in the city but now it will not happen.
“Those who will work honestly will be rewarded however, action will be taken against those showing negligence.”
Dr Firdous said the sewerage and water system will be improved in the second phase of ‘Khidmat Aap Ki Dehleez Par’ whereas government buildings will be renovated in the third phase.
She said that currently, 770 vaccination centres are operational that will be expanded to 1,000.
The SACM said the country will progress when the administration and peoples’ representatives realise their responsibility.
“The opposition turned Lahore into a concrete jungle and we have to plant more trees to make our country beautiful. “
She urged upon media to promote plantation as well.
