LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued operations against illegal commercial use in Lahore.
On Wednesday, the LDA teams sealed Unique School, American Lycetuff and 14 more premises in Gulshan-e-Ravi for not paying commercialization fees. The sealed premises include schools, food outlets, bakers and grocery shops.
Director Town Planning Zone-I Ayesha Mutahir supervised the operation which was carried out with the help of enforcement teams and Police.
As per the LDA officials, several notices were served to these buildings’ owners before carrying out the operation.
LDA Director General Tahir Farooq has directed continuing indiscriminate operations against violation of building and parking bylaws, encroachments and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
