LAHORE – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi on Saturday sought a plan for expansion in the board’s resources.
“A practical plan for revenue generation should be prepared,” said Mr. Naqvi while chairing the meeting with all the directors.
He was briefed by all directors regarding the performance of their departments and related matters.
Chairman PCB tasked all of them of marketing, estate, and commerce to arrange a revenue generation plan.
He said it is necessary to improve the National Cricket Academy to provide more facilities to players.
“Comprehensive measures should be taken at every level for the promotion of cricket,” said Mr. Naqvi.
He also said that all efforts should be made to make PCB a leading institution.
The suggestions were made in the meeting to make PSL more interesting and to start PSL for women cricketers.
All the directors were briefed about the affairs of their departments.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed confidence in resolving the board’s issues soon.
Chief Operating Officer Salman Naseer and PSL Commissioner were also present at the occasion.
