3 killed, 2 injured in different incidents

Three persons among two teenage boys were killed while two others injured in three different incidents in the remits of Fatehjang Police station on Friday, Police and rescue sources said.

In the first incident, two teenage boys were crushed to death by mini truck near BhallSyedian on Rawalpindi-Fatehang road. Police while quoting the family of the deceased has said that 16 years old Hassan Ali along with his friend 18 years old Muhammad Ibrar was going on his motorcycle when a mini truck driven by unknown driver rammed over them resultantly both were died on the spot. The driver managed to escape from the scene successfully.

In the second incident, a 45 years old man was drowned at local pond. Police while quoting eye witnesses said that the man later identified as Aftab Khan- a native of Mathail went to pond to beat the heat where he went in to deep waters and drowned. Later rescue 1122 divers flush out the body.

The dead bodies were shifted to tehsil headquarters hospital. Separately, two persons were injured when a speedy passenger van collided head on with a car coming from opposite direction on Kohat road in the same police station limits. The injured were shifted to tehsil headquarters hospital for medical treatment. Police registered two separate cases and launched further investigation.
