Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Information Secretary Raoof Hasan said that said that the continued denial of justice to PTI Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan cast a slur on the face of the judiciary.
In his reaction to the IHC’s undue delay in hearing PTI’s chairman plea, the PTI CIS said that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamer Farooq was acting impudently when caught naked in the act of complicity with judge Dilawar in wrongfully awarding conviction verdict in a fake and fraudulent case. Raoof Hasan stated that he was delaying justice by announcing unwarranted adjournments which was further compounded by holding PTI legal team in illegal confinement inside a lift at the IHC. He went on to say that if any case ever merited a suo motu notice, this was it. “Will the CJP act to save whatever little is left of the judiciary in the country, or is the race on to degenerating to a banana republic,” he asked.—PR
