TEVTA, NAVTTC ink 2 MoUs

Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) and National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) on Thursday signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
TEVTA Chairman Ali Salman Siddique and NAVTTC DG Saleem Afzal signed the documents.
According to the first MoU, both the institutions will provide hig tech training to the 150 students in skill development. Its tenure will be 3 to 6 months.
As per second MoU, 1085 students of South Punjab would be trained in traditional cadres at 21 TEVTA centres. Ali Salman said that the TEVTA is trying its level best to provide quality education to its students and the skilled youth would definitely give good results in technical training.
He said that no compromise will be made on quality of technical education provided by TEVTA. We will provide training to our students while keeping in mind the international standards, he said.
