Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL) is getting positive feedback from the taxpayers countrywide who are much more satisfied with the performance of Iris as compared to the previous years.

According to officials, PRAL will further improve the tax system in order to have a taxpayers’ satisfaction-oriented system in place.
