SNGPL curtails CNG to stations of Hazara division

Violating the orders of the Peshawar High Court Sui Northern Gas Pipe line limited (SNGPL) had curtailed CNG stations of Hazara division to stop their services in provision of gas to vehicles for at least seven hours daily, because of that majority of the consumers facing mental torture and agonies badly.
This was stated by Zahid Qadir, Tanveer Hussein, Shabir Seth, Naveed Alam & Zahid Jadoon, Owners of CNG stations & representatives of All Pakistan CNG Association Hazara Division while briefing to media here on Sunday. Terming it a forced load shedding for three hours in morning & four hours in evening has been badly affecting their businesses beside putting the public service vehicles in hardship adding that SNGPL has been instructed by its head office to shut down all CNG stations of Hazara division for four days.
Providing copies of the judgments of Peshawar High Court order dated 7.12.2010 and Circuit bench Abbottabad order dated 28.2.2020, executive body of CNG Association informed that double bench of Peshawar high court in its order clearly stated that supply of gas shall remain uninterrupted in the areas producing gas including the province of Baluchistan.
