ISLAMABAD – Punjab government has imposed a ban on slaughter of useful female animals across the province.
The decision was taken in a meeting presided over by Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi in Lahore today.
Addressing the meeting the Chief Minister said animal disease free zones will be established across the province.

He said there is a lot of scope for livestock export in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates.
He stressed to increase export through an immediately actionable plan.
