Adviser to the chief minister Sindh for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Prisons, Aijaz Hussain Khan Jakrani on Tuesday said that the government intended to make the prisons of Sindh as rehabilitation centers, so that the inmates could become good citizens and play a positive role in the society, said a handout here.
