Pink bus service will also start in Skardu from tomorrow

After the government of Gilgit-Baltistan launched pink buses for women and students of Gilgit city, the pink bus service will also be started in Skardu next Wednesday and within the next six weeks it will be started in Hunza and Nagar districts, Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan Mohiuddin Ahmed Wani said on Monday.

Chief Secretary Mohiuddin Ahmad Wani has said that after the release of pink buses for the women and students of Gilgit-Baltistan by the government of Gilgit-Baltistan, the pink bus service will also be started in Skardu next Wednesday and within the next six weeks it will also be started in Hunza and District Nagar. It should be noted that hundreds of students and women in Gilgit city have started using the free bus service (pink buses) on 4 routes, as a result of which they have reduced their financial burden, safety and easy access.
