PESHAWAR – Security forces have thwarted a terror plot in Peshawar, as four terrorists, including two commanders, were gunned down while planning an attack in provincial capital.
A statement issued by central police office said two among four terrorists were identified as the commanders of militant organization and were set to hit major attack in the metropolis.
The dead terrorists got heavy weapons as the police recovered two sub machine guns, one rifle, and 11 grenades.
Earlier, government offered a bounty in the millions for these notorious militants.
In recent times, CTD Peshawar apprehended four terrorists involved in Bisham attack on the Chinese nationals.
