LAHORE  – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has given the final approval for the redesigns of Gaddafi Stadium, National Stadium, and Rawalpindi Stadium.

The move is part of a significant upgrade project aimed at modernizing these key cricket venues ahead of the upcoming Champions Trophy.

During his visit to the United Kingdom, Chairman Mohsin Naqvi toured the head office of BDP, an internationally renowned stadium design company. There, he received a comprehensive briefing from BDP officials on the progress of the stadiums’ upgrade projects.

Expressing his satisfaction with the designs, Naqvi praised the efforts of the design team and formally approved the final plans for all three stadiums.

“Completing these stadiums according to the approved designs within the given timeframe is a major task,” said Naqvi, adding that however, he is confident that their team would rise to the challenge, working tirelessly to bring these projects to completion.

Naqvi also emphasized that the upgrades would be completed well before the Champions Trophy, ensuring that the stadiums are ready to host the prestigious event.
