LAHORE – Pakistan Railways announced relief for passengers with fresh cut in fares for all classes.
The discount aims to benefit travelers across the country. In the revised fare structure, AC class tickets have been decreased by Rs100-Rs150, offering savings for passengers traveling in higher classes.
On economy class, fares have been cut by Rs50, making train travel more affordable for those traveling in budget.
Railways Fares 2024
This fare reduction applies to all passenger trains across Pakistan, aiming to encourage greater use of railway services and alleviate the financial burden on regular commuters.
Railways spokesperson called lowering fares will make train travel more accessible and affordable for all citizen, and hoping this initiative will benefit our passengers.
Railways new fares will be in effect from Saturday, August 3, and passengers are encouraged to take advantage of the reduced rates for their travel plans.
