Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that timely public service of the Rescue 1122 is its own example, which should be replicated in other fields of life.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Pervaiz Elahi was talking to Director General Rescue 1122 Dr Rizwan Naseer, who called on him at his residence here on Friday.
Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti was also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, discussions were held to make the performance of the institution more active.
Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that the head of Rescue-1122 is responsible for saving precious lives by providing timely medical aid to the patients of Corona.
Even when they are left behind, Rescue-1122 stays with them. He said that the services of Dr Rizwan Naseer are unparalleled for the organization.
The Speaker Punjab Assembly said that the previous government not only oppressed the officials of Rescue-1122 by not creating a service structure but also left no stone unturned in undermining the usefulness of this excellent institution.
He said that by grace of Allah Almighty, after reviewing the correct requirements, we have resumed work with new innovation and enthusiasm from where we left off, providing timely medical care to thousands of Corona patients during the first, second and third wave of Corona. Rescue workers rushed them to hospitals without risking their lives.
Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that my message to the rescue youth is that only Allah Almighty can give the reward for the work they have done to save the precious lives of the people.
DG Rescue-1122 Dr. Rizwan Naseer thanked the Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Pervaiz Elahi for the steps taken to strengthen the institution and said that the message of thousands of affected patients for you is that Almighty Allah has enabled you by making Rescue-1122 for saving precious lives of the people will only be compensated by Allah, people pray for you.
