Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission, Ch. Waseem Akhtar has said that all out efforts are being made for the expeditious disposal of complaints related to various provincial departments and a comprehensive system has been evolved in this regard. Overseas Pakistanis are also facing some difficulties regarding Passport and Immigration and they have lodged many complaints to the commission.
He also briefed the Director Passport and Immigration about the list of complaints related to his department and handed over the same to him. Director Passport and Immigration (Lahore) Fayyaz Hussain who called on Vice Chairperson Overseas Pakistanis Commission Ch. Waseem Akhtar in his office on Wednesday assured that concrete steps shall be taken to resolve these complaints. Matters pertaining to redressal of grievances of overseas Pakistanis were discussed at length in the meeting. Commissioner OPC Syed Javed Iqbal Bokhari was also present on this occasion.
