The National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC) has announced bonus for its employees on Ei-dul-Azha.
According to an NTDC notification issued on Friday, permanent employees will be provided basic salary as bonus while daily wage staffers will one and half salaries as bonus.
The notification read that officers and officials involved in misappropriation or anomaly have not been entitled to the bonus. The NTDC decision pleased the employees who termed the announcement of a bonus on the auspicious occasion of Eidul Azha “a timely step” in view of the unbearable price hike.
They expressed gratitude to the high-ups and hoped that the department will take more such pro-workers steps for welfare of the employees.
