Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said the people have alienated themselves from the architects of “Lahore declaration.”
The chief minister said that the PDM leadership should announce its detachment from the corrupt before issuing the declaration because there is no room for the corrupt politicians in the new Pakistan anymore. “The PDM should always remember its rejection by the people at Minar-e-Pakistan,” he added. The corrupt are again trying to deceive the people in the garb of Lahore declaration, he warned and added Those who are playing with the lives of the people in the corona pandemic have no political future and sheer disappointment is visible on the faces of PDM leadership, he added.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar condoled the death of veteran actress Firdous Begum. In a message, the CM extended sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace.
Meanwhile, CM Usman Buzdar said that the PDM is following the agenda of deceiving people and its leadership is striving to save its corruption. Usman Buzdar said the PDM is facing internal chaos and regretted the bane of linguistic hatred was promoted in its meetings. The citizens of Lahore were ridiculed in Minar-e-Pakistan gathering while the Urdu language was the target of scathing criticism in PDM’s Quetta meeting, he deplored. These elements are trying to fulfil the agenda of the enemy by promoting anarchy. The disgruntled PDM elements are following a conflicting agenda and their sham unity will soon be exposed before the people, he concluded.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar will chair the 39th cabinet meeting at his office today (Thursday) to deliberate upon the 19-point agenda. The meeting will be attended by the ministers, advisors, special assistants, chief secretary and administrative secretaries.
