It seems like the Punjab government has no time to appoint secretaries of nine important departments as these headless departments are in vulnerable conditions and their departmental affairs are badly affected. The posts of Secretary Endowment, Secretary Literacy, Secretary Schools Education, Secretary Information and Secretary Punjab Management Professional Development Department (MPDD) are vacant. The seat of Chairman Chief Minister’s Inspection Team is also vacant. The posts of Additional Chief Secretary Urbanization, Additional Chief Secretary Service Economy, and Additional Chief Secretary Rural Economy are also vacant.
