B-Form or Child Registration is legal ID proof that is necessary for the child to prove their age, and to get basic services like medical aid, education and other legal matters.
In Pakistan, NADRA holds the authority to issue Child Registration Certificate (CRC), B-form. The document registers child with government records, and it is considered a child’s fundamental right to receive this certificate from their place of birth.
In recent years, NADRA has streamlined the process of B-Form to make it more convenient for people who used to face cumbersome process.
B-Form Latest Fee in Pakistan
Currently, the latest fee for B-form is Rs50, if you opt for regular service. If you are looking for urgent of executive service, NADRA charges Rs500 for it.

How to apply for B-Form
- To apply for B-Form, you need to start by going to nearest NADRA office with the child’s birth certificate.
- The parent or guardian needs to accompany child to NADRA office
- If only one parent is present, a Gazetted Officer or public representative must verify the application.
- The child must be present for the ID card, and their photo and fingerprints will be taken if they are 10 years old or older.
