SIALKOT – The candidate of ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Chaudhry Ahsan Baryar, on Wednesday defeated PML-N’s Tariq Subhani in PP-38 Sialkot by-election, taking a lead of 7117 votes.
