MPA, top railway boss contracted coronavirus

PML-N Punjab Assembly member Malik Nadeem Kamran and top boss of Pakistan Railways have contracted coronavirus.

According to a private TV channel quoting its sources, MPA Malik Nadeem may not be able to cast his vote in upcoming Senate elections due on March 3 as he has gone into quarantine after testing positive for Covid-19.

Railway Chairman Habibur Rehman Gilani has also contracted Covid-19. The TV channel said that Railways Additional Secretary Arif Anwar Baloch has been appointed as Acting Chairman of Pakistan Railways (PR).
