Mother, son killed, father injured by unknown assailments

Unknown assailants shoot dead a woman and her son while her husband critically injured in Bhera Tehsil of Sargodha, police confirmed on Wednesday.

According to reports, the incident happened on Malkwal Road near Qasba Chhant where the woman and her son were gunned down by unknown motorcycle riders.

Police arrived at the scene afterwards and shifted the bodies to the Bhera tehsil headquarters (THQ) hospital Bhera for further legal procedure, along with the injured Adnan for his medical treatment.—INP
