Moonis Elahi gets relief, LHC dismisses money laundering case

Lahore High Court Monday dismissed the Money Laundering case filed against Moonis Elahi in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). LHC accepted Moonis Elahi’s application for acquittal of the money laundering case filed against him.

The Honorary Justice Asjad Javed Ghural announced a reserved decision on Elahi’s application.

Moonis Elahi was charged with a case of money laundering on the 14th of June 2022. He along with his supporters proved that he was charged with fake cases and there was no proof of any faulty transaction.
