LAHORE – Massive fire erupted following an explosion on motorway, M2, near Thokar Niaz Baig entry point in Lahore on Monday night.
M2 is one of the busiest routes in Pakistan as it connects several cities of Punjab to Islamabad, the federal capital.
Videos circulating on social media show huge flames rising from the place of incident as explosions were also heard in nearby areas.
The National Highway and Motorways police have not issued any statement on this matter.
