A man was strangulated to death allegedly by his wife and her unknown accomplice. The police on Tuesday said that one Bashir Ahmed died on Monday in village Malkey Kalan, in the limits of the Muradpur police station, and according to his wife, Nusrat Bibi, he had a severe cardiac arrest and doctors from a hospital also confirmed his death.
The family of the deceased, however, found marks of rope around his neck and then claimed that Nusrat Bibi had strangulated Bashir with the help of her some unknown accomplice over domestic dispute. Jamil, the brother of the deceased, also told the police that Bashir had contracted second marriage with Nusrat some time ago.
