Mallah community on the platform of Sindh Mallah forum took out a rally in protest against desecrating old tombs of Mallah community in Saan city and demanded to arrest accused Zaffar Shah and others involved in this crime.
Adam Gandro vice president of Sindh Mallah forum SMF was leading the rally that culminated outside Thatta press club and caused suspension of vehicular traffic for one and half hour.
While addressing the rally Adam Gandro said that after passage of several days and protests by SMF the main accused Zafar Shah is still not arrested, he said 90 laces fishermen living in Sindh and mostly depending on fishing, but present situation is that on the one they are being deprived of wetlands, livelihoods and on the other side their dead bodies or not allowed to be buried in graveyards.
He demanded of higher authorities to arrest Zaffar Shah and all others involved in exhuming and desecrating of Mallah community tombs.
Meanwhile dead body of a Semenery student namely Sheeraz son of Ghulam Qadir Jaro was brought on roads on Wednesday by his relatives as after he died of allegedly reaction caused by injection which was administrated by a doctor relatives told.
The protesting relatives of the victim said that Sheeraz was Studying in semenery in Chilya , where he suffered from fever and was rushed to a private hospital located in Chutto chand ,meanwhile the doctor injected him a date expired injection which reacted him.
