The first phase of monitoring of the partner institutes of National Vocational and Technical Training Commission Punjab region was carried out to evaluate the training program of Batch-III of the Prime Minister’s Skill for All Program.
A total of 304 institutes were monitored in 9 divisions of Punjab which include Lahore, Bahawalpur, Multan, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal.
National vocational and Technical training Commission has developed a its own android based monitoring and evaluation application that is linked on real-time basis with project management and monitoring system (PMMS) along with dashboard access to all key management personnel and field monitoring and evaluation(M&E) operators.
The implementation of NAVTTC’s effective M&E strategy across the country has produced the remarkable results by delivering state of the art trainings under the Prime Minister’s Skill for All Program.
NAVTTC is working hand in hand with the training partners for enhancing quality of the TVET sector. NAVTTC has so-far successfully trained 74,736 youth in 150 High-TECH and 100 Conventional technologies with 71% employment. Presently a batch of 63,000 youth is being given skill trainings through 989 Training partners and reputed universities. 95% youth have expressed satisfaction over the quality of the trainings by NAVTTC.
The “Skills for All Strategy” of government is working as a catalyst for imparting quality training among youth.
