Chief Minsiter Sardar Usman Buzdar has said on Wednesday, “I am committed to transform Punjab as an exemplary province in accordance with the vision of the prime minister and assured that parliamentarian’s genuine work will be done. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is continuously working to introduce real changes in the country. He was talking to the Provincial ministers and members of the provincial assembly who held separate meetings with him at his office.
They apprised him about the problems as well as development schemes relating to their constituencies. The chief minister issued instructions for the solution of problems. Talking on this occasion, The government was run through one-man show and consultation with elected representatives was totally ignored in the past but the incumbent government has given complete respect to the assembly members, he added.
The Chief Minister said that past governments economically paralyzed Pakistan for the sake of their personal interests.
The country was ruined by destroying every institution, he regretted. Pakistan has started moving towards economic development due to the hard work of the PTI government. This government is removing past hurdles one by one to facilitate the people, he said. The foundation stone of a prosperous Pakistan has been laid under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and a new example has been set by introducing reforms in a short span of time.
He reiterated that government does not believe in hollow slogans but practically delivers to the people and added that the PTI government has given particular focus to the provision of basic amenities to life to the masses.
The opportunity of serving the masses is being fulfilled as a noble cause, he added. The development and prosperity is the fundamental right of every citizen and backward areas will be brought at par with the developed cities of the province.
No area will remain deprive of development in our tenure as the PTI government has diverted the journey of development towards backward areas. The assembly members should regularly visit markets for giving relief to the people, the chief minister concluded. Those who called on the chief minister included provincial ministers Shaukat Ali Lalika, Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan Khichi, Muhammad Akhlaq and PMAs including Muhammad Ijaz Hussain, Rai Zahoor Ahmad, Muhammad Ali Raza Khan Khaqwani, Firdous Rahna, Shamim Aftab, Zafar Iqbal, Ghulam Ali Asghar, Sabrina Javed, Abida Bibi, Farah Agha, Shaheena Kareem and others. Chief Whip Syed Abbas Ali Shah and high officials were also present on this occasion.
