Gallyat Tahafuz Movement (GTM) has announce to challenge all the decisions, leases and Agreements made by outgoing Director General Gallyat development Authority (GDA) during his illegal tenure of last four & half years after his uncermonial departure in the light of the High court decision in which his appointment was declared illegal , unlawful & of no legal effect.
Addressing a press conference at local hotel here on Friday, Chairman GTM, a community based civil society organization Sardar Sabir hailed the judgement of the Peshawar High court circuit bench Abbottabad regarding the appointment of director General GDA Raza Habib and termed it a landmark judgement which according to him will leave positive impact to save the environment of entire Gallyat .
Flanked with Sardar Iftikhar, Sardar Gul Khitab and other activists of GTM, Sardar Sabir told that during previous four years.
