The Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab on Information Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Saturday has said that the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buizdar had been working hard for the promotion of the education in the far-off regions of the province.
She said that while taking to the media men after a ceremony under the auspices of a private educational institution here at her native village Kubey Chak.
She said that promotion of education was among the top most priorities of the provincial government and particularly special attention was given to the promotion of the female literacy rate.
She said also that Imran Khan had been struggling in order free the common masses from the clutches of the traditional politics based on police stations and courts.—Faisal Khawer Butt
