Gold prices in Pakistan move up – Check latest rates on July 5

KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan registered further gains on Friday amid upward trend in the international market.

According to Sarafa Association, the price of per tola gold increased by Rs1,100 to settle at Rs244,400 whereas the price of 10-gram surged by Rs934 to reach Rs209,534.

In international market, the price of the precious commodity moved up by $9 to reach $2,364 per ounce.

On Thursday, gold rates saw slight gains, with price of per tola yellow metal touching Rs243,300 in Pakistan.

Prices of gold in Pakistan market had moved up for second consecutive session, advancing uptick with international rates. Data shared by gold association shows price of per tola gold touched Rs243,300, while 10 grams moved up by Rs857, bringing it to Rs208,590.
