The Board of Directors of Gujranwala Electric Supply Company (GEPCO) has approved hardship allowance equivalent to one month basic for all its employees.
PEPCO has already announced hardship allowance for the employees of all distribution companies. The GEPCO has issued a notification in this regard, notifying that all permanent, contractual and daily wage employees are entitled to receive hardship allowance. However, those employees who have been required by the FIA, NAB or who have been proceeded against by the department will not get the allowance.
