Post Graduate Medical Institute Principal Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-freed Zafar has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Former Health Minister and Ex Principal of Allama Iqbal Medical College Prof. Dr. Syed Ali Raza Gardezi and said that the medical profession has lost a highly qualified and experienced teacher whose services to the Health Sector will be remembered for a long time.
In his condolence message, Principal PGMI said that late Prof. Dr. Syed Ali Raza Gardezi in his time trained thousands of students in the field of medicine who are still serving in various medical colleges and other departments at home and abroad.
He said that Prof. Ali Raza Gardezi was a well-known name in the medical world where the services of the late will long be remembered by the medical community.
He further said that on the death of Prof. Dr. Syed Ali Raza Gardezi everyone in the medical field is in grief and considers it an honor to follow his footsteps.
Prof. Al-freed further said that we all undoubtedly pay homage to the late Prof. Ali Raza Gardezi for his outstanding services to the field of medicine and his hard work and teaching skills are worthy of imitation in future especially for the medical students.
The Principal PGMI/AMC/LGH prayed that may Allah Almighty grant Prof. Dr. Syed Ali Raza Gardezi a place in His mercy and courage to bear this irreparable loss to the bereaved family and his students with courage and fortitude.
