Foreign investment on the rise in Pakistan: Sarwar

Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan and his economic team have saved the economy from default.

“All possible facilities including security are being provided to the foreign investors in Pakistan”, the governor informed, adding that due to governments effective economic policies, foreign investment has increased in Pakistan.

Governor Ch Sarwar was talking to the media after visiting a local factory along with 13 members Uzbek business delegation.

Deputy Governor of Namangan region of Uzbekistan Inamov Okibjon and Pakistani businessman Mian Talat Mehmood were also present at the occasion.

The governor said that all top world financial institutions are admiring economic policies of the government. He said that foreign investment in Pakistan is continuously increasing.

Referring to Uzbek delegation, he said that business delegation from Uzbekistan has met many a businessmen of Lahore, and they have expressed their interest to invest in health and agriculture sectors.
