The police arrested five drug pushers and recovered narcotics during separate actions in different localities here on Sunday.

According to details, in line with directions of SSP Abid Baloch, crackdown was launched against drug peddlers in jurisdictions of different police stations of Tando Muhammad Khan.

During separate actions, five drug peddlers including Rustam Kumhar, Faiz Muhammad, Imran, Haji Dongro and Mumtaz Maulani were arrested besides recovering 1.

970 kilogram opium, 950 mainpuris.
