Faisalabad Development Authority Director General Dr Faisal Azim has expressed his commitment for raising the quality of FDA services to provide early and speedy relief to applicants.
He was listening to the public issues relating to Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) at his office. Vice Chairperson FDA Firdous Rai, Town Planning Directors – Mehr Ayub, Asma Mohsin and other officers were also present on the occasion.
The FDA DG said that doors of his office are open for each and every citizen and the aggrieved person can contact with him directly in connection with any complaint or delay in disposal of application. He asserted that there is zero tolerance for corruption and unjustified delaying tactics.
He asked the concerned officers that the prompt relief should be provided to the applicants relating to the cases of transfer of properties in the housing colonies and commercial markets under control of FDA, approval of building maps, issuance of NOCs and disposal of other applications.
He issued warning on delay of some applications and directed that no file should be remained unattended.
The DG urged upon the officers for carrying out the strict monitoring of the one window counter performance and said that process of applications should be channelized under effective management system.
Vice Chairperson FDA Firdous Rai said the various reforms are being followed to improve the performance of Development Authorities under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar. She vowed that the FDA services would be made exemplary through the joint efforts.
