Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Thursday said that the elements who are desirous to spread anarchy in the country will have to face failure in their designs.
In a video statement regarding the Lahore’s Johar Town blast, he said that eighty-six percent fencing has been done on the Afghanistan border and forty-six percent on the Iran border.
Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said the government has achieved political and economic stability, which is not acceptable to the enemies; therefore, they carry out subversive acts. However, they will not succeed in their designs.
Punjab Police have achieved tremendous success in the investigation into the Johar Town blast, he added. The Interior Minister said the police will soon arrest the accused and give good news to people.—INP
