The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hear plea filed by PTI founding member Akbar S. Babar against intra-party elections today (Monday).
A five-member bench of ECP will take up the plea to address the challenges and concerns raised against PTI’s intra-party elections. Prominent among those who filed the applications against the PTI intra-party polls were Akbar S. Babar, Raja Tahir Nawaz, and Naureen Farooq. The Election Commission of Pakistan has summoned PTI chairman Gohar Ali Khan in intra-party election case.
