MUMBAI – The cause of death of Bollywood actress and model Malaika Arora’s father, Anil Arora, has been revealed in the post-mortem report.
Just a day ago, Anil Arora, the father of Malaika Arora, had committed suicide by jumping from the sixth floor of his building in the Bandra area of Mumbai.
Before the suicide, Anil Arora had called his daughters, Malaika and Amrita, and told them, “I am very tired and fed up with my life. I feel like I am unwell.”
According to Indian media reports, after the incident, the police arrived at the scene and took the body into custody, and now Anil Arora’s post-mortem report has been released.
Regarding Anil Arora’s suicide, his ex-wife, Joyce Polycar, informed the police that when she woke up, she saw Anil’s slippers in the room, which made her worried because he usually went to the rooftop every morning to read the newspaper.
Seeing his slippers in the room raised suspicion that he might still be inside, but he wasn’t.
After searching the rooftop and finding no sign of him, she looked down from the terrace and saw the guard shouting for help.
It was at that moment she realized the gravity of the situation, as Anil had jumped off the roof.
According to media reports, Anil Arora’s post-mortem revealed that he had sustained severe injuries to his right leg, head, and other parts of his body as a result of the fall from the balcony, which led to his death.
