Another senior doctor on Tuesday died of the corona virus pandemic in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), taking the number of doctors dying from the virus in the province so far to 71.
According to Provincial Doctors’ Association, Prof Dr Afzal Alamgir, the deceased, who was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Islamabad’s Al-Shifa Hospital for the last two weeks, remained the Head of the Department of Anatomy at Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad and Head of Department of Anatomy at Women Medical College, Abbottabad.—INP
