Pakistan on the eve of the 13th National Child Rights Conference, renowned Disaster and Emergency Management Professional, Public Health Professional Psychologist, Criminologist and International Relations Expert Dr Asif Channer, presented a seminal paper titled “Child Protection during Disasters and Emergencies.”
