National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday approached the Supreme Court against bail granted to the family of Khursheed Shah by Sindh High Court in the assets beyond income case. The NAB in the filed cancellation of bail petition of the Khursheed family viewed that the SHC neglected evidence against the accused and didn’t review the facts correctly and also neglected SC formulated rules. The NAB argued that Khursheed Shah spent as many as 710 million more than he’s earning from 2005 to 2019 and Khursheed Shah and his family members could not provide details of 84,000 US dollars and more than Rs 370 million present in their back accounts. The NAB insisted on the SC nullify SHC orders of April 22.—INP
