Assistant Commissioner posted at Mansehra by taking law into her own hands picked up three people including two students from Hazara Motorway and handed over to City Police station Mansehra just for questioning the rash driving of official vehicle of said officer. This access of power has caused them spent 37 days in prison that has been booked under multiple sections of laws.
This was disclosed by one Malik Imran Haider one of the victim of the said incident in a press conference here on Thursday after getting bail by the High court. He demanded judicial inquiry of the incident claiming that entire drama was staged at City Police station Mansehra after “kidnapping” them from jurisdiction of Motorway police and Administration as well as Mansehra Police have not only tortured them but also disappeared their three mobile sets which they have important information as well as proves of their innocence.
Malik Imran told that incident was occurred on 25th April 2022 when the rash driving of AC mansehra Marvi Malik Sher black Vigo has hit my car near Frontier Medical college, jurisdiction of Abbottabad district. He told that I stopped and told the driver that your have hit my car. Suddenly a lady sitting in the vehicle claimed that she is Assistant Commissioner and shouted on me.
