ACE following zero tolerance policy against corruption

Anti-Corruption Punjab by launching a stern action has made a historic recovery worth Rs 4 billion 41 crore 96 lac and 80 thousand in the month of June.
ACE also made cash recovery amounting to Rs10 crore 39 lac 80 thousand in one month. ACE also retrieved 4856 kanals and 16 marlas state land from the land grabbers worth Rs3 billion 36 crore 3 lac and 60 thousand in one month.
Anti-Corruption Establishment made indirect recovery worth Rs95 crore 40 lac and 80 thousand in one month.
Anti-corruption Punjab received 523 complaints on Report Corruption App in one month, redressed 315 complaints forthwith and action on others is ongoing.
ACE received 571 complaints in one month and 574 complaints including previous complaints were resolved in one month.
ACE conducted 324 inquires in the month of June and decisions on 271 under process complaints was being made.
ACE registered 97 cases after conducting through investigation and 99 ongoing cases were decided. 59 challans were being submitted and totally 132 persons were arrested.
ACE arrested one court absconder and eight proclaimed offenders in one month. Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar asserted that ongoing zero tolerance policy against corruption is being strictly implemented in Punjab and vowed that corrupt mafia will be eradicated at every level. He lamented that massive corruption being committed in the past ruined the country.
The CM pledged that under the vibrant leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, indiscriminate action against corrupt mafia will continue. DG Anti-Corruption Punjab Muhammad Gohar Nafees disclosed that we are waging a struggle to make corruption-free Punjab.
He stressed that the masses should indicate corruption and corrupt elements on Report Corruption App. He directed that officers should adopt a zero tolerance policy against corrupt elements.
