Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 10 outlawsfrom different areas of the city during the last 24 hours and recovereddrugs and weapons from their possession, a public relations officersaid.
He said that, following the special directions of Islamabad Capital CityPolice Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad CapitalPolice has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in orderto eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Karachi Company police team arrested anaccused namely Muhammad Qasim and recovered one 30 bore pistol from hispossession. The Tarnol police team arrested an accused namely Afaq andrecovered 1130 gram hashish from his possession. Likewise, the Industrial Area police team arrested two accused namelySabbir and Sahmoon and recovered one 30 bore pistol and 20 liters liquorfrom their possession.
