Youth urged to use social media against India

A solidarity walk was organised at Lahore General Hospital for the Kashmiri brothers, led by Postgraduate Medical Institute and Amir-ud-Din Medical College Principal Prof Dr Sardar Mohammad Alfreed Zafar. MS Dr Mahmood Salauddin, Dr Rana Shafiq, professors, doctors, nurses, principal, Nursing College, representatives of medical organisations, paramedical staff and a large number of citizens also participated in this walk.
They were carrying placards with slogans for Kashmiri brothers and against Indian brutalities. Participants also made a human chain with their hands and expressed their solidarity for Kashmiris at Lahore General Hospital.
Al-Fareed Zafar while speaking on the occasion, said that we were all standing with our Kashmiri brothers against Indian atrocities and their political, moral and social support will continue at all costs. He said that the blood of the martyrs will never wither and the sun of liberation will soon rise in Kashmir. Prof Alfreed further said that Pakistani youth should use social media to highlight struggle by Kashmiris at international level so that Modi government can be pressurised.
He said that the constituent opinion was the fundamental right of Kashmiris to whom the present government has the way globally and the international community was admirable under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. He said that the United Nations and other international community will have to also concentrate on Kashmir issue, said Prof Alfareed.
The participants of the walk also said that in future they will also continue such support. Lahore General Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr Mehmood Salah-ud-Din and Emergency Director Dr Rana Muhammad Shafique were also present.
