A woman set ablaze her two minor children after she set on fire her house near Kalalanwala area of Manga Mandi on Monday.
According to rescue workers, on information they rushed to the scene, but both children werehad burnt alive. The children were identified as 3-year-old Faizan and 2-year-old Abdul Rehman son of Waqas. Police and rescue teams shifted the burnt bodies to the hospital.
Police said during the investigation into the blaze, the children’s mother, Tanzeela, confessed to setting her house on fire. Police have arrested the accused. The accused mother said she set the house on fire after an argument with her husband.
