DIG Hazara Range Qazi Jamil Ur Rehman has recommended for the establishment of four new police stations with the addition of 13 police posts and at least 7 police patrolling posts in Hazara Division to maintain the law and order situation especially in CPEC areas.
Qazi Jamil Ur Rehman said that the basic aim and object of the increasing the strength and expansions of the police stations is to provide easy and early access to the general public and to control the law and order situation in the Hazara Division as with the passage of increase of population and frequent movements of tourists in Hazara Divisions hilly areas, its importance was felt by the Hazara police to increase the strength of the police.
DIG further added that it will be helpful to the police to improve their performance and it will be source of confidence of the general public on police force with quicker response and early disposal of the cases with speedy justice. DPO Abbottabad Yasir Afridi inaugurated clean drinking filtration plant in district police Lines headquarter on Wednesday.
