DUBAI – Amid major transformation in economy, United Arab Emirates UAE is taking quick steps to simplify its visa application process, making it more accessible and user-friendly for visitors.
To facilitate further, the Middle Eastern nation authorities have further cut time required to cancel a work permit. Under its latest initiative, several government ministries and federal authorities are rolling out a platform that will make it easier for business owners and private companies to hire new employees and pre-renewal work permits for existing employees.
UAE Work Bundle
The platform dubbed ‘Work Bundle’ will now cancel a worker’s work permit in less than a minute, as opposed to 3 minutes without the need for any documents.
The first phase was launched in Dubai in March and is now being extended in other regions. The second phase of the work bundle will cover around 6ac companies and more than 70 lac workers.
Thousands of Pakistanis and people from different parts of world are looking to work in UAE as the country is offering new residency procedures.
The work bundle facilitates a number of services including issuing a new work permit, applying for adjustment of status, issuing a visa and employment contract, Emirates ID, accommodation, and medical examination services, among others.
